Notice is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of Genesee Township, Potter County PA, that it intends to adopt Ordinance 1 of 2019; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1 OF 2014 TO OPEN ALL ROADS AND STREETS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP JURISDICTION TO ATV/SNOWMOBILE USE Said ordinance will be submitted to the Township Supervisors for final adoption at their regular meeting on March 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Genesee Township Municipal Building, 120 Hickox Road, Genesee, PA and any persons interested, may appear at said time and place for the purpose of being heard with regard to said intended adoption. Copy of said ordinance is on record for inspection with the Township Secretary at the Township Municipal Building, 120 Hickox Road, Genesee, PA
